Strategic Economic Development
PDP Foundation will intentionally act as a vehicle to –
- Unlock the economic potential that the 350 million Africans (People of African generational descent) in the diaspora can bring to the economic development of Africa if presented with financial return-based investment platforms to participate in the economic growth of the continent.
- Drive grassroots and rural-based economic development through the traditional (Kings and Chiefs) structures on the continent that were intentionally ignored and removed during the colonial era. The colonial removal of these structures was carried out as a deliberate strategy to divide and conquer the indigenous people. The restoration of these structures is paramount to the inclusive economic development of Africa.
18 He executes justice for the orphan and the widow and shows His love for the stranger (resident alien, foreigner) by giving him food and clothing. 19 Therefore, show your love for the stranger, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.” Deuteronomy 10:18-19 AMP
